Assessment and reporting
How do we assess applications?
Applications will be assessed against three key criteria.
-
How does the project promote health, wellbeing, and/or sport?
How will it benefit your community or specific groups (e.g. youth, elders, families)?
-
Who will lead or deliver the project?
What experience, partnerships, or resources are in place to support it?
-
Does the budget represent value for money?
What lasting benefits or outcomes will the project deliver?
Are there in-kind or co-contributions from community partners?
Reporting your progress
Successful applicants must stay connected with GBK throughout their project and take part in community reporting activities.
All funded groups will be asked to:
Sign a Funding Agreement with GBK before starting their project.
Submit a short progress report midway through the project and a final report at the end, including receipts, photos and a brief summary of what was achieved.
Take part in participation and storytelling sessions coordinated by GBK, where communities can share what worked, what was learned, and how the project made a difference.
Together, these reports help GBK and the TSRA celebrate community achievements and improve future Healthy Communities programs.
